1. General Refund Terms

Refunds are available within 7 days of project initiation. No refunds after 25% project completion. Administrative fees of 10% may apply.

2. Project Cancellation

Before work begins: 100% refund (minus fees). After 1-25% completion: 75% refund. After 25-50% completion: 50% refund. After 50% completion: No refund.

3. Service-Specific Policies

Website Development: Design phase refund available if not approved. Development phase refund based on work completed. Testing phase no refunds unless major issues.

Software Development: Requirements phase full refund if cannot be met. Development phase refund based on milestones. Testing phase refund only for critical bugs.

Digital Marketing: Monthly packages no refunds for partial months. Annual packages refund for unused months. One-time services no refunds after delivery.

Domain & Hosting: Domain registration no refunds. Hosting refund for unused period. SSL certificates no refunds after issuance.

4. Refund Process

Contact us at contact@alphabet-in.com with project details and reason. Allow 3 business days for review. Refunds processed in 3-14 business days depending on payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Domain registrations, SSL certificates, third-party software licenses, consultation fees, rush delivery charges, and approved custom design work are non-refundable.

6. Dispute Resolution

We provide revisions at no additional cost. If issues cannot be resolved, partial refund may be considered. All disputes handled professionally and fairly.
