1.1 Service Commencement

Once a project has commenced and work has been initiated, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Refunds are only available within 7 days of project initiation
No refunds are provided after 25% of the project work has been completed
Administrative fees of 10% may be deducted from refunds

1.2 Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project:

Before work begins: 100% refund (minus processing fees)
After 1-25% completion: 75% refund
After 25-50% completion: 50% refund
After 50% completion: No refund available

2. Service-Specific Refund Policies

2.1 Website Development

For website development projects:

Design phase: Refund available if design is not approved
Development phase: Refund based on work completed
Testing phase: No refunds unless major issues cannot be resolved
Launch phase: No refunds after website goes live

2.2 Software Development

For custom software development:

Requirements phase: Full refund if requirements cannot be met
Development phase: Refund based on milestone completion
Testing phase: Refund only for critical bugs that cannot be fixed

2.3 Digital Marketing Services

For digital marketing services:

Monthly packages: No refunds for partial months
Annual packages: Refund for unused months (minus setup fees)
One-time services: No refunds after service delivery

2.4 Domain & Hosting Services

For domain and hosting services:

Domain registration: No refunds (domain names are non-refundable)
Hosting services: Refund for unused period (minus setup fees)
SSL certificates: No refunds after issuance

3. Refund Process

3.1 Requesting a Refund

Provide project details and reason for refund
Include any relevant documentation
Allow 3 business days for review

3.2 Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed:

Bank transfers: 3-7 business days
Online payments: 5-10 business days
Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days

3.3 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method:

Bank transfer to the original account
Credit/debit card refund
Digital wallet refund

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Domain name registrations
SSL certificates
Third-party software licenses
Consultation fees
Rush delivery charges
Custom design work that has been approved

We will provide revisions at no additional cost
If issues cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be considered
